Your New Role: As a Laundry Assistant, you will provide support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. What your new role looks like: • Providing a range of laundry services for both resident’s personal laundry as well as laundry for the Aged Care Facility • Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive About You: Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
